This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you (we estimate between 3-5 days before it is shipped.

Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

🔁 Made Just for You

Every Padelhüd piece is made to order via our trusted UK print-on-demand partners. This helps us reduce waste and keep things sustainable. As a result, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item arrives faulty or damaged.

⚖️ Your Rights Under UK/EU Law

If your item is faulty, misprinted or arrives in poor condition, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number: [insert returns email or form].

🚚 Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If you're returning a faulty item, return postage is on us. Otherwise, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. We will provide a Royal Mail Tracked return label, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

👕 Choosing the Right Fit

To help reduce unnecessary returns, we ask that customers please order only one of each size per item.

Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order — we’ve worked hard to make it as clear as possible.

⏱️ Return Window

For eligible returns:

• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of return receipt
